Terms of Service – Art Commissions

  • Payment

  • Commission fees are divided into 50% upfront and 50% upon final delivery.

  • Payment must be made within the agreed timeframe before work begins.

  • Refunds

  • No refunds are provided at any stage of the process.

  • By confirming the commission, the client agrees to this condition.

  • Revisions

  • Revisions can only be made during the sketch or lineart phases.

  • Once the artwork is finalized, no changes will be accepted.

  • Number of characters

  • The quoted price applies to one character.

  • If two characters are requested, the price will be 50% (example: if one character costs $30, two characters will cost $15).

  • Commercial use

  • Artwork is intended for personal use, unless a prior agreement for commercial use is made.

  • If the client wishes to use the artwork commercially, the price may be higher than initially quoted, depending on the type of use and negotiation.

  • Mandatory credits

  • Whenever the artwork is published or shared, credit to the artist must always be included.

  • Copyright

  • The artist retains copyright over the work.

  • The client may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the artwork.

Termos de Serviço – Comissões de Arte

  • Pagamento

  • As taxas da comissão são divididas em 50% adiantado e 50% na entrega final.

  • O pagamento deve ser feito dentro do prazo acordado antes do início do trabalho.

  • Reembolsos

  • Não são oferecidos reembolsos em nenhuma etapa do processo.

  • Ao confirmar a comissão, o cliente concorda com esta condição.

  • Revisões

  • Revisões só podem ser feitas durante as fases de esboço ou lineart.

  • Uma vez finalizada a arte, nenhuma alteração será aceita.

  • Número de personagens

  • O preço cotado se aplica a um personagem.

  • Se forem solicitados dois personagens, o preço será acrescido em 50% (exemplo: se um personagem custa R$30, dois personagens custarão R$15).

  • Uso comercial

  • A arte é destinada a uso pessoal, salvo acordo prévio para uso comercial.

  • Caso o cliente deseje utilizar a arte comercialmente, o preço poderá ser maior do que o inicialmente cotado, dependendo do tipo de uso e da negociação.

  • Créditos obrigatórios

  • Sempre que a arte for publicada ou compartilhada, o crédito ao artista deve ser incluído.

  • Direitos autorais

  • O artista mantém os direitos autorais sobre a obra.

  • O cliente não pode revender, redistribuir ou reivindicar autoria da arte.
